Welcome to Crumella. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

All Crumella granola is freshly made in small batches. Ingredients and allergen information are clearly listed on each product page. Natural variations in colour, texture, or taste may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.

We accept online payment and cash on delivery.

Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary (for example: incorrect details, unavailable items, or suspected misuse).

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location.

Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information, or an unavailable customer at the delivery time.

4. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with a clear photo or video. We will replace the item or offer store credit.

5. Personal Information

Your personal details are used to process your order, deliver your items, provide support, and send updates or marketing messages. We do not sell personal data.

6. Liability

Crumella is not responsible for:

• courier delays,
• lost packages marked as delivered,
• issues caused by incorrect details provided at checkout,
• or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
